Pre-authorized paper drafts have been in use for a number of years only now, technology allows us to offer a cost-efficient means of producing them for you. 

All you need for pre-authorized drafting is your customer's signed authorization (as seen on the right) and a "voided check".  Mid America Solutions then processes the paper drafts (which looks much like a check, only without your customer's signature) and sends them to you on the date you prescribe so that you can deposit your AR payments on the day you choose instead of when your customers "feel" like getting around to sending them in.

Pre-authorized paper drafts are ideal for recurring receivables (utility bills, refuse collection bills, water conditioning, cable TV, lawn service, health clubs and spas, tanning salons, to name a few). 

Pre-authorized payments are less likely to return "NSF" simply because most people are more deliberate in making certain there is enough in the bank to cover them.  If, however, a paper draft is returned "NSF", our optional check recovery service will re-route your draft automatically so that you can continue your revenue production uninterrupted.
